<p>DRC Transport Minister Jean-Pierre Bemba announced an international tender for the Dilolo–Kolwezi–Tenke segment, estimated at $400–410m by EU/US-funded feasibility studies. Construction is targeted to begin Q4 2026 under a PPP model under consideration, while SNCC has begun emergency maintenance on ~80 km of critical track.</p>
