<p>The S3 expansion added a standalone 25 Mt/yr processing plant, new mining fleet and smelter upgrades. First concentrate August 2025; Kansanshi produced 181 kt in 2025 (including 25 kt from S3). With Cobre Panamá offline, Kansanshi and Sentinel account for more than 90% of First Quantum's output.</p>
